As the year winds down, we are looking back at the floors that stole hearts, transformed homes, and reminded everyone why real wood will always win. From the classics you cannot quit to the newcomers that burst onto the scene, here are some of the standout notes from the year.

Biggest Hits

The Rebels are having their biggest year yet, and you are clearly here for it. Since we introduced the family in early 2024, the anti-plastic wood floors have taken on a life of their own, winning over anyone who cares about real materials, bold design, and a little bit of attitude. With a new, brown color and new, 8” size launched this year, the Rebels family is growing fast. Whether you love a bright blonde moment or a richer, moodier vibe, the Rebels keep proving that real wood can be cool, expressive, and incredibly durable. It’s a category built for rule-breakers, design lovers, and anyone who refuses to settle for fake floors.

Top Rated: High Five

High Five gave the bestseller list a friendly little tap and vaulted up ten places vs. 2024. And it’s getting some well-deserved love, with glowing reviews rating it a perfect five stars. High Five’s popularity makes sense with the renewed love we’re seeing for warmer-toned wood. It’s grounding, inviting, and clearly speaking your design language.

Most Popular: Greta

Greta remains the reigning queen in 2025. Understated, soft, powerful, and elegant—you can’t go wrong with this floor. Greta brings natural texture and refined craftsmanship to every space, whether it is a wide-open living area or a cozy reading corner. Its versatility, beauty, and quiet magic earned it the top spot this year, and we are not surprised even a little bit.

Major Changes: Happy Hour & Terrace

Your tastes are expanding, and the numbers prove it. Rich brown Terrace and amber-toned Happy Hour each grew dramatically over last year. And we can’t blame you; we’re digging the deeper palettes sweeping the design world (we see you, Kendall Jenner mountain home lovers).

What’s Next

Walnut flooring in a midcentury living room

Recent Project Spotlight: Leah Bradley’s Ojai midcentury project is simply a dream. Zig Zag perfectly complements the home’s existing wood wall and ceiling cladding.

Blondes still rule, but 2026 is shaping up to be the year of tonal variety. Warm woods are gaining traction, and rich browns are sparking more questions than ever. Moody walnut Zig Zag made a splash, Terrace continues its rise, and three new Rebels floors, Getaway, Hideout, and Bunk Room, are joining the darker side of the spectrum. If this year is any indication, the Rebels family will continue to own the spotlight.

Here’s to another year of beautiful wood, bold choices, and homes that feel like you.
