A day spent on a blanket surrounded by towering trees is a delight accessible to all. This quintessentially Scandinavian pastime is a great unifier, and we named this floor for that joy because of its quintessential Scandinavian character. This exact floor was designed by the Swedes seventy years ago as one of the first engineered flooring platforms in the world, and it has become a timeless symbol of Scandinavian design. With a square edge and pre-finished planks, this floor gives a completely smooth, flat finish. And unlike some more modern floors in our collection, Parkday has more of a grey tint to its stain, with subtle grain and color variations.

This is an incredibly easy floor to care for. Vacuum and clean with a broom regularly and occasionally use a damp, well-wrung-out cloth/mop. Only dampen the floor slightly. The film of water left by the floor cloth should dry within a minute. For best results, use the free Floor Care Kit that we provide.
