The beautiful home featured here sits just outside Denver, CO. This residence experiences a very high amount of activity throughout the year. Costume parties, wine tasting events, young kids and a rambunctious golden retriever constantly test this floor. The owner is thrilled about how it's performed over the years. This exquisite modern farmhouse has won multiple awards and was featured in Colorado Homes & Lifestyles Magazine.
Produced by Kahrs of Sweden, the inventor of the engineered hardwood floor in 1941. This specific product is produced in the Kahrs China factory, rather than the main factory in Nybro, Sweden.
